The current Petro-Soft Office™ desktop software tools, which include DECPRO - Decline Analysis, ERGO - Economic Evaluation and P/Z - Gas Material Balance are in the process of being integrated with Petro-Soft Phoenix™. The DECPRO – decline analysis module has already been integrated and is called DECPROdb. The two other desktop products will be named P/Zdb and UNITY when converted.

All of the Petro-Soft Phoenix™ components are linked into a single database that stores all the relevant data as shown in the Software Architecture section. This database can be either an Oracle® or SQL Server database. In addition, each module has the capability to retrieve information from proprietary in-house databases for land and accounting information as well as public databases for well and production information.

Each of the new desktop tools will carry forward the existing product functionality with some exciting enhancements including the addition of the entity viewer, similar to the Petro-Soft Navigator™, in each product. They will be able to run on a stand-alone basis, or when logged into a Petro-Soft Phoenix™ reserves database, they will provide the decline forecasts, gas material balance reserve estimate and economics for all Petro-Soft Phoenix™ reserve entities.
